Installation

Contractor Coordination

If Guild Glass products form a large or significant element in the design of a building, landscape, or interior design project, we are able to attend required project kick-off and installation meetings held by the design professional and general contractor. Fees for this service will be added into our subcontractor fee and billed to the project via the general contractor, if our products are procured via a lump-sum allowance. If our products are procured via an owner-furnished arrangement with the general contractor, our fees will be billed to the owner.

White Glove Delivery

All of our products will be packaged in-house for shipping. We will offer delivery via our own trucks for smaller, more delicate product orders. In this case, we will bring along additional units in the unlikely event that any units were damaged during loading, transport, or unloading.

Turnkey Installation

We can ship our products for installation by a general contractor or owner. We can also deliver our products to a project site and oversee installation. For a smaller installation we will use our own staff. For a larger installation requiring shoring, craning, or scaffolding, we will hire and supervise a subcontractor.

Final Inspection

For sensitive installations such as free-standing art works and important decorative features, we can meet with the artist prior to the unveiling or the designer prior to the punch-list to make any final adjustments or refinements to the products or installation. We are a full-service design and fabrication facility for the most discerning of clients.
